In our first treatise
We assur
ed you of elevated crystallization of our common aspirations in Edo under Dorry.
In this second part, we are further assuring you that our individual and collective strivings for better socio- economic conditions can be better delivered by a man whose whole life has been defined more by actions than by mere words.
We note that, expectedly, politicians make promises.
We are also aware that the people's lack of trust in political promises is not unfounded.
WHY? Not much has been obliged by these promises.
However, we are proud and confident to present to you a man whose abhorrence of cheap talk and mere promises stands him tall in the current political space in Edo.
For Dorry Okojie, he has few words for big projects. He hates promising what he knows he can't do.
He doesn't delight in spewing forth catchphrases as political devices for electoral harvest. He talks straight. His words are measured and go straight to what he can do.
He hates deception but concentrates his energies on projects that provide jobs for others-- thereby putting food on their tables.
For now, we are yet to start opening the chapters of his ideological blueprint for Edo in sectoral presentation. The hope for a greater Edo is brightened by the strength of the character of a man who takes delight in giving his all in service of humanity.
One step at a time.
What we can just say for now is that, in Dorry's hands , good governance is a categorical imperative .
History is beautified by the positive actions of men, NOT CHEAP talk.
