Building a culture of accountability in governance flourishes in an environment  of leadership by example.

Leadership by example means that what you desire in your team must be seen in you.People around you are more inspired when what you preach is what you do.That way, you are able to model the behavior you want to see in them.

Inability to get to where we are supposed to be over the years has been blamed on leadership deficit. 

Lack of accountability in governance hampers growth and stymies the delivering of democracy dividends.
