KNOWING that health is wealth,  I am committed to articulating health policy thrust that would  drive my vision of  comprehensive health care system,

REALIZING the importance of health promotion programs built around the engagement of  communities to embrace healthy behaviour,

DETERMINED to ensure the provision of functional and good-quality health care services that are accessible, efficient and affordable by the people.

APPRECIATING the fact that  through appropriate policies, frameworks, standards and adequate funding of health care services, morbidity and death levels will be minimized,

I hereby DECLARE that , if elected Governor of Edo State,  there will be heavy investment in healthcare  infrastructure and manpower, thereby expanding the frontiers of current efforts, part of which is the Edo Health Insurance Scheme
